Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team at Superior Environmental Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing talent development solutions to improve employee retention, performance, engagement, and participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiting and HR teams to maximize the functionality of ADP and attract, screen, hire, and onboard employees.
- Design and implement ADP system-based programs for leadership to effectively manage expectations, goals, performance management, calibration, succession planning, and talent development.
- Administer the ADP Learning Management System, identify and deploy training, and generate utilization reports.
- Design and implement processes in ADP to include goals, performance reviews, talent assessment, calibration, succession planning, IDPs, and PIPs.
- Train and coach leadership on talent management best practices.
- Support leadership development programs by presenting, facilitating, and/or developing content.
- Create, update, and ensure uniform job descriptions.
- Assist with maintaining incentive plans.
- Develop graphics and documents needed for training programs.
- Launch and manage annual review life-cycle.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with ADP preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, organizational development, business, or related field.
- Proficiency within Microsoft Suite.
- 3+ years of experience in talent development.
- Familiarity with HR practices and compliance.
- Working knowledge of fair employment practices.
- Exceptional work ethic.
- Exemplary communication skills both oral and written.
- Consistently meets deadlines.
- Thrives under pressure.
- Respectful and patient.
- Comfortable with some travel.
