Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to fill the role of Call Center Support Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call abandonment rate and speed to answer
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve job knowledge and skills

Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Telephone Operator
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary Information
The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
