Clinical Leadership Manager

The Clinical Leadership Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of patient care across assigned units. This position requires a high level of proficiency in utilizing healthcare services while adhering to established departmental policies and procedures.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
About the Role:- Clinical Expertise: Provide expert clinical guidance and support to nursing staff in the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure optimal utilization of resources and services to meet the evolving needs of patients and staff.
- Communication: Foster open and effective communication among interdisciplinary teams to promote collaborative decision-making.
- Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and departmental policies to maintain a safe and respectful environment for patients and staff.
- Certifications: Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership or similar role within a healthcare setting.
