Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned patients, directing clinical responsibilities, and providing supervision and support to staff.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN Certification in the State of Connecticut required
• At least 1 year experience in Skilled Nursing facility or Hospital Setting preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of electronic medical record
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have great organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, while being flexible and quickly adept to change
