Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Everything But The House. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy to drive shopper acquisition and e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of digital media plans to drive rapid, high-ROI growth based on aggressive channel-specific ROI targets.
  • Manage key strategic digital platforms and vendor relationships, including Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Braze.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute supply acquisition campaigns to deliver the needed inventory within budget requirements.
  • Develop and execute content and creative assets to support campaign objectives.
  • Innovate new programs to reach potential customers, including strategic partnerships and breakthrough digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email, and content.
  • Continually test and innovate within acquisition channels to optimize existing campaigns and develop new programs to increase profitability and growth.
  • Maintain and expand deep understanding of the digital marketing space.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Google Platforms, Facebook, Braze, and email marketing strategies.
  • Strong conceptual skills, copywriting ability, and willingness to execute content and creative.
  • Adobe Creative Suite capability is a plus.
