Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a Santa Barbara-based clinic. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for conducting annual wellness visits, managing acute and chronic conditions, and providing patient education.
Responsibilities:- Conduct annual wellness visits for primary care management of patient caseload
- Manage both acute and chronic conditions through direct intervention, including medication prescription and patient education
- Consult with collaborating Physician as appropriate
- Complete documentation of patient encounters, funding sources, and billing according to policy
- Current California Nurse Practitioner license
- Nurse Practitioner Certification from either the ANCC or AANP
- Current DEA licensure
- Active CPR Certification
- 2+ years of NP experience (home care and geriatrics are a plus)
