Pega Technical Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Technical Lead to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Pega development, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in implementing rules and building low-level designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Pega rules and build low-level designs
  • Develop and maintain Pega UI components using Theme Cosmos, Cosmos React, and Constellation
  • Integrate Pega with other systems using SOAP, REST, and JMS
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to coordinate project activities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega features and technologies
  • Hold Sr. CSSA or LSA certification Part 1 and Part 2

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of development experience, with a minimum of 10+ years of Pega development experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment
  • Knowledge of XML, Java, and SQL
  • Good knowledge of Pega Guardrails
  • Experience in working with offshore teams
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
  • Self-sufficiency in Pega 8 and Pega Infinity
