Job Title: Pega Business Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Business Solutions Architect to join our team at Stratosphere Consulting. As a Principal Architect, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in gathering and defining complex business requirements, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and leveraging the Pega platform for optimal solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead cross-functional teams in gathering and defining complex business requirements
* Architect and design comprehensive business solutions using Pega
* Serve as a strategic advisor, providing expert guidance on business process improvements and technology solutions
* Lead and oversee the development of detailed functional requirements, use cases, and interface designs
* Facilitate and lead workshops with stakeholders to define business processes, identify gaps, and propose Pega-based solutions

**Requirements:**

* US Citizenship required
* Certified Pega Business Architect
* 10+ years of business analysis and architecture experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
* Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Proven experience in leading large-scale Pega implementations and business transformation projects
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across the organization
* Client-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills

**Work Environment:**

This is a remote position. You are welcome to work anywhere in the United States, so long as you're willing and able to travel domestically to meet clients, as needed.
