### Job Overview

At Stella-Jones, we are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees across multiple U.S. states.

### Key Responsibilities

* Process bi-weekly payroll for 2,500+ employees, including commissions, bonuses, and other compensation
* Maintain and update employee information in the payroll system, including hourly rates, salaries, and benefits
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
* Reconcile payroll to the general ledger on a bi-weekly basis and prepare annual reports
* Facilitate audits and provide records and documentation as needed

### Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a payroll position or similar accounting-related role
* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software
