We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Behavior Technician to join our team at LittleStar ABA Therapy. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work closely with patients, families, and other professionals to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

About the Role

The Autism Behavior Technician position is a critical role within our organization, requiring a strong commitment to helping individuals with autism achieve their goals. As a Behavior Technician, you will implement individualized programs written by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and work with patients to develop new skills and behaviors.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized programs for patients with autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
  • Work closely with patients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and families, promoting a positive and empowering experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  • RBT certification required within the orientation/training period.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in physical activities as needed.
