We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at LittleStar ABA Therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with autism develop new skills and improve their quality of life.

About the Role

The Registered Behavior Technician position is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. You will work one-on-one with individuals on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized programs written by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will help patients learn new skills, such as social, communication, vocational, and life skills.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Registered Behavior Technician, you will need:

  • A passion for helping others, patience, and kindness
  • Dependable and responsible
  • Able to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Able to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other staff
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • A valid driver's license, reliable and safe vehicle, and a clean driving record
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs., and to engage in physical activities like running, jumping, reaching with arms, etc.
Work Environment

The Registered Behavior Technician position operates in a clinical environment, with the possibility of working at offsite locations, including patients' homes, schools, or places of employment. This role requires the ability to work at multiple sites with multiple patients and may involve physical demands, such as standing, walking, running, and lifting.
