Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and supporting our patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Measure and record patient statistics, observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and educate them on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
