Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects for various clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.

Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in various aspects of Transportation Engineering is preferred.
  • Engineer-in-Training Certification.
  • PE licensure is preferred.
  • Experience with DelDOT and/or MDOT SHA projects is preferred.
  • Expertise in roadway design is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MicroStation and InRoads/ORD is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend plans and instructions in English.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Able to navigate construction sites with varying terrain.
  • Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment while on-site.
