Job Summary

Criterion Child Enrichment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Specialist to join our team. As a Home Visitor, you will play a vital role in supporting first-time parents under 24 years old through our Healthy Families home visiting program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct home visits with families to provide parenting education and support
  • Develop and implement individualized goal plans with each family
  • Collaborate with community agencies to connect families with resources and services
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of work with families

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with families and young children
  • Knowledge of child development and positive parent-child interactions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent written documentation skills and proficiency with computers
