Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to oversee the care of our residents. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, as well as good communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direction to Nurse Aides for appropriate care of residents.
  • Administer resident medication properly.
  • Implement resident care plans in compliance with Company and federal guidelines and physician's orders.
  • Perform treatments and accurately transcribe physician orders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents' charts.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing.
  • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to organize work flow, respond to emergencies, and note detail.
