Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with senior management and leaders to influence and consult on complex programs, initiatives, and problem-solving.
  • 5+ years of enterprise program management experience, including needs assessments, root cause analysis, strategy development, business case creation, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience in crafting and summarizing information in a compelling manner that communicates effectively with senior leaders to inform and influence business objectives through executive-level presentations.
  • Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives, programs, and projects while collaborating across a large organization.
  • Self-driven with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to become a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint Online).
  • 2+ years of experience in developing and executing new HR business strategies while managing risk and compliance.
  • Recent experience in independently planning, organizing, and leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Practical knowledge of HR metrics to benchmark, measure, analyze, and articulate the value and ROI of HR initiatives, practices, and policies.
  • 1+ years of experience working on agile or product management teams.
Job Expectations:
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • Ability to travel up to 5-10% of the time.
