KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop, implement, and sustain detailed financial frameworks to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders across the organization to identify and understand critical business drivers.
  • Generate analyses and presentations to convey business performance and trends to senior management.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and month-end financial reconciliations.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on essential performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Examine financial data to uncover trends, discrepancies, and areas for enhancement.
  • Act as a financial consultant, offering insights to evaluate both new and ongoing investment opportunities.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and prepare reports as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • Over five years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of two years focused on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • Outstanding skills in spreadsheet modeling and data presentation.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with incomplete information and navigating ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Capable of interpreting complex financial data and presenting it in a clear and comprehensible manner.
  • Meticulously detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with financial software such as Microsoft Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics, and Jet Reporting is preferred.
