Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance of major building equipment, including HVAC systems and fire extinguishers
  • Schedule regular inspections to ensure optimal operations and identify potential issues
  • Clean and sanitize office areas, bathrooms, and common spaces
  • Empty and remove trash and recycling materials, and maintain outside walk areas

Requirements

  • Compassionate and strong work ethic, with a focus on safety and quality
  • Ability to adapt to a demanding and fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Must pass all required background checks and comply with company regulations
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
Working Conditions

Work involves daily exposure to allergens, including cannabis, tree nuts, and coconut oil. Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 40 pounds (80 pounds with assistance).
