The W Scottsdale WET Deck, Cottontail Lounge & Living Room is currently seeking a Bar Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership support to the Barback and Busser teams.
  • Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes for Barbacks and Bussers.
  • Prepare Barback/Busser schedules 10 days in advance and create floor plans for each shift.
  • Manage onboarding and training for Barbacks and Bussers.
  • Ensure the work environment is clean and organized, holding team members accountable.
  • Order and process payments for bar supplies and produce.
  • Manage various operational systems and procedures, including SOPs, checklists, and seasonal inventory, demonstrating accountability.
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
This position is expected to require approximately 40 hours per week and will involve working as a Barback during peak shifts (e.g., Friday and Saturday nights, Saturday pool shifts, special events).

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in nightlife or related fields.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • A guest-focused approach.
  • Required food and alcohol management certifications (Food Handler's and Title 4 Manager).
