Home Infusion Nurse - Making a Difference in Patients' Lives

Upstate HomeCare seeks an experienced and compassionate Home Infusion Nurse to join our team. As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will provide one-on-one nursing care and education to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide personalized infusion therapies tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Enhance critical thinking skills through continuous training on leading-edge technology and clinical requirements.
  • Make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by providing empathetic and skilled care.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.

Required Qualifications:

  • New York State Registered Nurse license in good standing.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Required.
  • Excellent IV start skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Home healthcare experience.
  • IV administrative experience.
  • Knowledgeable in care and maintenance of vascular access devices (VADs).
