Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist for a contract position in an elementary school setting.

Job Overview:

ProCare Therapy is committed to providing exceptional speech therapy services to students with diverse needs. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to enhance communication skills and promote academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver speech therapy programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each student

  • Conduct assessments, create progress reports, and communicate regularly with parents and guardians

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • State licensure in Speech Language Pathology
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in school-based settings, preferably with elementary-age students

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $45-55 per hour competitive compensation package

Interview Process:

  1. A 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy recruiter
  2. A 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district
  3. The offer is typically extended within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
