DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Public Health Exercise Evaluator to join our team. As a key member of our Evaluation Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our exercise evaluation cycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement data collection tools and analysis plans to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis, including coding and data interpretation.
- Provide technical support to the Evaluation Lead in finalizing the exercise Evaluation Plan and specific evaluation strategies.
- Train SME evaluators on evaluation documentation, exercise rhythm, and daily reports.
- Collect observations daily and conduct post-exercise Hotwashes for component areas.
- Consolidate all evaluation/observation inputs for the development of the initial After Action Report/Improvement Plan.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive expertise in designing, developing, and implementing quantitative and qualitative data collection tools.
- Proficiency in qualitative analysis software (e.g., NVivo, MAXQDA, or similar) and quantitative data management and analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, or STATA).
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
