Job Title: Energy Efficiency Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Operations Manager to join our team at ICF International Inc. in Columbia, Maryland. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in managing program implementation work in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the quality and performance of the team responsible for program-level deliverables, including coordination of regular reports, forecasting, and qualitative information.
  • Support internal and external team meetings by preparing and pulling quantitative data, coordinating with project managers, and documenting action items.
  • Initiate program-level incentive invoices, review data points with project managers, and submit for client approval.
  • Generate accurate and polished deliverables for regulatory filings, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update shared files, resources, and program documents to ensure all program staff has access to the latest versions.
  • Coordinate with program managers to develop and maintain portfolio-level performance forecasts and trend analysis.
  • Track contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and coordinate with portfolio managers on necessary corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate with IT and reporting teams for prioritization of requests and projects.
  • Maintain business workflow documents and operations manuals.
  • Manage program operations staff, including energy analysts, data analysts, project coordinators, and operations managers.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting, developing, or administering successful demand side management programs or related work experience.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of utility and energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resource programs and markets.
  • Certifications related to operational excellence and/or industry-specific certificates.
  • Sound business ethics, including protection of proprietary and confidential information.
  • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff and outside clients.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude.
  • Strong project management skills.

Pay range: $87,148.00 - $148,017.00 per year, based on full-time employment and relevant experience.
