A rapidly expanding data warehousing firm is seeking a skilled individual to enhance their customer support engineering team, which currently consists of five members. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries related to database operations, primarily through Slack and Email. Additionally, you will work closely with Solution Architects on new client implementations and complex scenarios. The challenges you will tackle involve the data warehousing domain, including implementation, integration of multiple systems, SQL & Relational Database Systems, Log Parsing, and Cloud technologies.
Frequent collaboration with the engineering team, which includes former professionals from Google and Meta, will be a key aspect of your role. This position also offers the potential for advancement into a solutions architecture role in the future. The company culture emphasizes collaboration, and the support team is beginning to leverage LLM technology to enhance their operations.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support
- Experience with highly technical products
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills

- Experience with Database/Data Warehouse implementation and support is preferred
- Familiarity with APIs or SDKs is a plus
