Role Summary
">The Senior Strategist for B2B Content and Engagement Strategy at Razorfish will play a key role in driving the development of the company's B2B Content Strategy, collaborating closely with a fintech client's teams to create effective content that addresses specific audience needs. This position will involve leading the creative development of individual content briefs and guiding the creation of impactful assets aligned with the client's B2B Global Content Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
">- Messaging Framework Development">
Create comprehensive messaging strategies that address key pain points across different B2B segments through client B2B products and solutions.
Customer Journey Map Creation">Design strategic customer journeys using presentation or collaborative tools like Figma or Miro to identify key touchpoints and engagement opportunities across owned B2B channels and deliver mid to lower funnel messaging to drive customer acquisition goals.
Content Strategy Development">Partner with the strategy team and client's internal content team to develop their B2B Global Content Strategy across owned channels, building content strategies and B2B thought leadership for channels such as email, social, and other media platforms.
Content Brief Development">Develop individual content briefs for planned content releases that guide the creation of impactful assets aligned with the client's B2B Global Content Strategy.
Requirements
">- Proven experience in developing content strategies and messaging frameworks for B2B audiences.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and its application to content strategy.
- Proficient in using research and insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and articulate strategic directions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, adapting strategies based on evolving insights and feedback.
- Experience reaching B2B audiences through specific channel strategies (digital, social, email, etc.), building Ideal Customer Profiles, and familiarity with B2B marketing strategies like Account Based Marketing.
Salary Range: $84,500 - $115,500 annually.
