Job Requirements:
  • Provide evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to established policies and individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
  • Foster a safe and healthy environment by adhering to established policies and procedures within the scope of practice
  • Show initiative and sound judgment in responding to patient care priorities
  • Meet all required orientations, in-services, and trainings
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Hold a valid professional SLP license in the state of practice
  • Be a graduate of an ASHA-accredited school or deemed substantially equivalent by a recognized credentials evaluation organization

Annual Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000
