Job Summary

Spurwink Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our Chelsea Clinical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing individual and group therapy to children and adolescents. Our team uses an integrated treatment model, allowing clinicians to work closely with other professionals to provide the best services possible for each youth and family.

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy to children. You will also observe clients in their natural environments and gather data to inform your treatment approach. Additionally, you will collaborate with treatment team members, submit managed care entries, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy to children and adolescents
  • Collaborate with treatment team members, including OT, speech, nursing, psychiatry, teachers, and direct care staff
  • Observe clients in their natural environments and gather data to inform treatment approach
  • Submit managed care entries and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

  • Maine State LMSW-cc or equivalent required; LCSW/LCPC preferred
  • New graduates considered; supervision provided

Estimated Salary: $57,500 to $62,500 per year

Bonus Opportunities: up to $5,000 per year
