Job Summary

This is a Fee-For-Service position responsible for the coordination and delivery of clinical behavioral health services designed to meet the wellness and recovery needs of the consumer, including services provided to victims of violence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intake: Preparation of intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments
  • Clinical Services: Provide individual, group and family therapy; psycho-educational groups. Consult with psychiatrist regarding program clients as needed. Provide therapy at satellite offices, if needed.
  • Documentation: Clinical documentation should be maintained in Anasazi, the agency's electronic health record software, and should include: the assessment, diagnosis form, treatment plan, progress notes, collateral contacts, and termination summary.
  • Case Management: Maintenance of continuous communication with clients, including outreach for hard to engage clients. Provide family support and advocacy at Grand Jury proceedings. Act as liaison to other agencies as it pertains to referrals. Provide information and referral to appropriate community resources.
  • Productivity: Participate in weekly individual and peer supervision. Clinicians are expected to spend 65% of their time in face to face consumer contact and to provide routine productivity reports to their supervisor.
Requirements
  • MSW from an accredited graduate school of Social Work or MA or MS in Counseling. LSW / LAC is required.
  • Ability to be flexible, compassionate, a good listener.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
  • Must have experience in trauma work with children.
  • Must be able to pass fingerprinting and background checks.
