Job Title: Certified Recreation Therapist

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical services to clients, including assessments, treatment planning, and recreational therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote client satisfaction and wellness.
  • Document client progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance clinical practices and patient outcomes.
  • Maintain current knowledge of best practices in the field and share expertise with colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Professional certification as Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist (CTRS) or eligible for certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
