Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chiropractic Physician to join our team at Alliance Orthopedics. As a key member of our multidisciplinary practice, you will work closely with medical and conservative care teams to provide exceptional patient care.

Our Chiropractic Physicians play a vital role in our team, working alongside medical doctors, orthopedic surgeons, functional medicine practitioners, and pain management physicians. You will have the opportunity to function as a medical liaison within our conservative care team, collaborating with physical therapists, clinical athletic trainers, occupational therapists, exercise physiologists, and more.

As a licensed Chiropractor, you will bring a unique perspective to our practice, focusing on the conservative care arm of our team. We offer a collaborative environment that fosters continued growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with patients and understand their goals and needs.
  • Clinical experience in full spine diversified technique with a competence in extremity management.
  • Perform physical assessments to identify priority care needs and consult with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Perform manual adjustments to correct musculoskeletal system dysfunction and/or impairment.
  • Evaluate the function of the neuromuscular and skeletal systems using systems of chiropractic diagnosis.
  • Arrange for diagnostic exams as needed.
  • Support marketing initiatives and attend outreach events.
  • Lead quality improvement processes and recognize trends in patient populations.
  • Recognize behaviors that impact team function and implement strategies to optimize teamwork.
  • Review and develop self-development plans and professional goals.

Requirements:

  • Valid New Jersey Chiropractic License.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of neuromuscular injuries, orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and conservative/medical treatment options.
  • Understanding of interventions, stretches, exercises, manual therapies, and dietary changes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
