About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Manager to join our team in the South Florida region. As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of installers and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage project schedules, budgets, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of installers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Distributed Antenna System (DAS) technology, including RF and technical aspects.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all site and company safety standards, as well as compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports, including project updates and time card approvals.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the wireless industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform daily tasks as required.
