About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Engineering Manager (PEM) to lead our engineering team within the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) sector. This role is pivotal in driving the development of innovative electronic warfare capabilities, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering activities for the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) Product Line.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Manage project engineering tasks including design management, planning, and product verification.
- Implement Design to Cost (DTC) methodologies to achieve affordability and manufacturability goals.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security clearance with the ability to obtain Special Access clearances.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline with a minimum of 12 years of experience in complex electronic systems development.
- Proven leadership experience in guiding diverse teams through intricate technical projects.
Preferred Skills
- Direct involvement with Department of Defense Programs.
- Experience in automating development and testing processes to enhance quality and reduce costs.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $250,400, with individual compensation determined by various factors including experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, and various leave programs.
