  • Oversee construction project accounting and reporting
  • Manage invoicing, project collections, and communications using Procore
  • Ensure compliance with sales tax reporting
  • Facilitate effective communication among all project team members
  • Supervise and provide backup for all accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Perform various monthly accounting tasks
