- Manage invoicing, project collections, and communications using Procore
- Ensure compliance with sales tax reporting

- Supervise and provide backup for all accounts payable and receivable functions
- Perform various monthly accounting tasks

Strong computer skills are essential. While construction accounting experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Familiarity with Procore and Intacct is highly desirable. This position supervises a full-charge bookkeeper and operates under the direct oversight of the Chief Financial Officer.
