Client Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Coordinator to join our team in Wilmington, NC. This position involves providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to resolution.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality customer interactions through close attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and timely response to inquiries.
- Supporting multiple Account Managers based remotely, encompassing various client needs and requirements.
- Traveling with assigned Account Managers to build strong relationships with clients and resolve issues efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in account management, client services, inside sales, logistics, or a related field, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is also required.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of account management, client services, inside sales, logistics, or relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
