The Luxury Residential and High-End Commercial Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate and track project plans, permits, and submittals to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
  • Develop and implement project controls, including financial management, change order management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Establish and maintain project schedules, utilizing contemporary scheduling software, to ensure timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments, to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in Luxury Single Family Construction, with a proven track record of delivering high-end residential and commercial projects.
  • Experience working on projects from $1M to $20M, with a strong understanding of construction costs, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience using project management software, such as Procore.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
