Key Responsibilities

  • Process payments accurately and ensure the correctness of guest checks to safeguard both the customer and the establishment from any financial discrepancies.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, and daily specials to effectively address guest inquiries and provide informed recommendations.
  • Participate actively in pre-shift and departmental meetings to gain comprehensive knowledge of all products, services, and operational procedures.
  • Welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, serve promptly, and cater to any special requests or needs.
  • Assist in restocking and cleaning duties as directed, including preparatory and closing tasks for the establishment.

Qualifications

  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills with both customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service with a guest-first mentality.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
  • Previous experience in the food service sector is highly preferred.
  • Showcase excellent time management and organizational abilities.
