  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks, including cocktails, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, making change and operating office machines as required.
  • Operate machines and equipment used in the Kitchen+Bar, including cash registers, POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members, providing clear and concise information and resolving conflicts in a diplomatic manner.
  • Open and close the bar, obtain necessary supplies, and maintain areas for which responsible.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years old or older.
  • One year of bartending experience required; two or more years preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; completion of two years of college preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary certifications.
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle cash, make change, and operate office machines in normal day-to-day activities.
  • Ability to operate machines and equipment used in the Kitchen+Bar.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
