The Facility Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the thorough cleaning of various areas including restrooms, offices, break rooms, locker rooms, kitchenettes, showers, stairwells, corridors, and elevators. The role encompasses a variety of tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in offices, corridors, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, escalators, break rooms, libraries, kitchenettes, stairways, locker rooms, and other designated areas.
  • Sweep and mop floors effectively.
  • Vacuum rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
  • Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
  • Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork to maintain a hygienic atmosphere.
  • Empty waste receptacles and transport trash to disposal areas.
  • Replenish supplies in restrooms as needed.
  • Uphold quality standards in all cleaning tasks.
  • Adhere to Didlake's policies regarding conduct and behavior.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines when using equipment.
  • Complete all required training as mandated by Didlake.
