CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Asset Protection Supervisor to join our team. As an Asset Protection Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our Asset Protection programs, policies, and procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the security and integrity of our company assets, including employees, facilities, products, and supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct internal and external investigations to identify and prevent theft, fraud, and other security breaches.
- Oversee Environmental Health and Safety programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct operational audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Provide training and development to colleagues on Asset Protection and safety procedures.
- Support Asset Protection Field Operations as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in Asset Protection, Retail Operations, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity, either directly or indirectly leading a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, auditing, and investigative skills.
- Bi-Lingual preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Asset Protection, Retail Operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Industry Certification (LPC, LPQ, CFE, CPP, CFI, etc.).
- Wicklander-Zulawski Interview & Interrogation Certified.
- Experience with MS Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
The typical pay range for this role is: $40,600.00 - $97,800.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
