The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our primary and regional sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory codes and fostering positive tenant relations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including supervising building managers and staff.">
  • Lead the hiring and retention of property employees.">
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory codes.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, architects, engineers, industry professionals, tenants, and internal colleagues.">
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure program compliance and identify areas for improvement.">
  • Manage arrears collection and oversee the annual certification/recertification process.">
  • Prepare and review section 8 packages.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.">
  • 3-5 years' experience in property management, including Affordable Housing programs (Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credit).">
  • Previous supervisory experience (office and maintenance staff).">
  • Knowledge and experience with annual certifications.">
  • Flexible in travel requirements.">
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).">
  • Yardi software knowledge.">
  • Budget and Financial background required.">
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.">
  • Multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.">
  • Familiarity with housing laws, especially affordable housing.">

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
