Requirements:

* 1+ years of supervisory experience in related field
* Experience managing custodial operations
* Proven experience motivating and training staff
* Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed
* Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and achieve effective time management
* Strong service/quality mindset
* Professionalism
* Proven computer skills
