Position Summary:

The Senior Software Engineer plays a pivotal role in collaborating with IT leadership, development teams, and various stakeholders to ensure the effective design, development, and implementation of technology-driven solutions, particularly focusing on consumer-facing web applications and front-end development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address complex technical incidents and business challenges, driving initiatives to resolve issues.
  • Design and develop integrated solutions within a comprehensive technical framework.
  • Review and enhance documentation; seek opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiencies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on various projects.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional leaders, staff, and external vendors.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to assist others in problem resolution.
  • Educate team members to foster independent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to identify optimal solutions.
  • Conduct independent research on emerging technologies and prepare relevant business cases.
Qualifications:
  • MuleSoft & API Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for APIs across diverse technologies.
  • Architectural Experience: Over 4 years of experience in designing and implementing architectures tailored to meet business requirements.
  • System Reliability: Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems.
  • Database Proficiency: Familiarity with backend SQL databases, including SQL functions and queuing technologies.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $150,000. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
