POSITION SUMMARY:

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing inventory processes to ensure optimal stock levels and accurate records. This role is vital for maintaining inventory integrity and supporting seamless operations across our supply chain.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adhere to and enforce compliance with AZ Department of Health Services regulations.
  • Assist in conducting inventory audits and reconciliations.
  • Communicate discrepancies to management and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain and uphold inventory policies with a focus on accuracy.
  • Update internal systems with relevant production data.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure organization and cleanliness of inventory areas.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations for all facilities.
  • Maintain compliance with all legal and company regulations.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to obtain an AZDHS Facility Agent Card.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and communication.
  • Access to reliable transportation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the cannabis sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • High school diploma or GED.
