Salary: $115,000 annually, with a base salary of $80,000 - $85,000 plus performance bonuses ranging from $15,000 to $30,000 per year

Job Summary:

We are in search of dedicated Rehabilitation Specialists who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care through diverse treatment modalities and tailored rehabilitation plans. We welcome candidates with specialized certifications such as dry needling and manual therapy.

In this role, you will collaborate with a small team of physical therapy assistants and manage an average caseload of 14 patients per day. We are particularly interested in candidates who aspire to advance into leadership roles with potential profit-sharing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess patients' health status and physical capabilities, establish treatment objectives, and devise personalized therapy plans that cater to their specific needs.
  2. Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs aimed at enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, restoring functionality, and preventing future disabilities.
  3. Utilize various therapeutic techniques for pain relief, including thermal therapies, hands-on interventions, and exercise regimens.
  4. Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary; provide updates and recommendations to physicians and other healthcare team members.
  5. Educate patients and their families on recovery expectations and coping strategies; offer home exercise programs and preventive measures to support rehabilitation.
  6. Continuously assess treatment effectiveness to ensure comprehensive care, making modifications as needed.
  7. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to review patient progress and develop integrated care plans.
  8. Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge by attending workshops, reading relevant literature, and engaging in professional organizations.
  9. Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding physical therapy and patient care to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Arizona with a clean professional record.
