We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Le Meridien Columbus, The Joseph. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and friendly service to guests, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to hotel standards, using a variety of techniques and ingredients.
  • Set up and maintain the bar area, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked.
  • Follow all state liquor laws and hotel policies, maintaining a safe and responsible work environment.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns, providing solutions and support.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Attend all required meetings and training sessions, staying up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with guests and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts and schedules.
