Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants/Patient Care Technicians (CNAs/PCTs) to join our team at the Arizona Department of Corrections - Eyman facility. As a CNA/PCT, you will play a critical role in providing patient-focused healthcare services to our clients.
Responsibilities- Assist with direct patient care procedures, including obtaining patient history, taking vital signs, and preparing charts.
- Perform routine procedures under established protocols, such as phlebotomy, EKGs, dressing changes, and wound cultures.
- Assist with medical examinations and provide support to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Current Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Arizona.
- Normal physical requirements, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, squatting, etc.
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
- Valid CPR Card.
- Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably correctional healthcare.
