About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Providence Service. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patients and coordinate aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care.
  • Obtain necessary documentation and perform prior authorizations when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team and ensure accurate and timely communication.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Customer service related experience.
  • 6 months Office or medical office experience.
  • 6 months Electronic Medical Record / Practice Management experience.
