Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Specialist for a client in Richmond, VA. This role requires strong knowledge of private and government insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify discrepancies and handle appeals and denials effectively.

Estimated Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

This Medical Billing Specialist will be responsible for processing and managing medical billing for private and government insurance claims, communicating with insurance companies to resolve billing issues and discrepancies, identifying and correcting billing errors and discrepancies, handling appeals and denials, and maintaining accurate records of billing and collections activities.

Qualifications
