Job Description

Zobility is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist - Engineering and Construction to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and managing engineering and construction related procurement contracts in a cost-effective and timely manner.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to apply analytical abilities to diverse issues. They will also have considerable work experience with energy contracts and negotiations, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage engineering and construction related procurement contracts.
  • Work with supply chain to develop appropriate supply chain strategies for procurement and materials management.
  • Administer EPC Agreements, including resolution of billing issues, negotiation and coordination of collateral, interpretation of contract language.
  • Support training of employees at construction sites on contract particulars and contract management.
  • Review and negotiate contract amendments and change orders requests.
  • Coordinate resolution of contractual and technical disagreements between the company and contractors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Considerable related work experience (5+yrs) dealing with contractors, integrated suppliers and alliance partners.
  • Prefer 2 years of nuclear experience.
  • Knowledge of purchasing laws and practices; working knowledge of business and contract law.
Salary and Benefits

We offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, 401k, short-term disability, AD&D, tuition reimbursement, and more. The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
