Job Opportunity

Saratoga Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Administrator to provide leadership and management services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) in Charleston, South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site managerial and leadership abilities to a team of over 30 personnel, including business operations, project management, and human resources.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of work experience in a hospital, retail pharmacy, or Dr. Office at the minimum level of associate Facility Administrator or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Six Sigma Certified at or above the Green Belt level and/or Project Management certified.
  • Relevant degree such as Bachelor's and Associate degree in Health Care, Education, Management, Business/Administration, Behavioral Science.
